Property Overview: Stone house Lucija is situated in quiet village Mimice Medici on Adriatic coast, 35km south from town Split. House is completely renovated in 2009.
There are two floors with 104 square meters of living space. On the first floor there is living room and fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned. In front of the house is big terrace with fantastic view on island Brač. Parking place is also in front of the house.
Beach is only 100m away, suitable for the children. Pets are allowed.
