This property is a detached 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury holiday villa offering superb Algarve holiday accommodation with it's own private pool and open aspect rear gardens. The Villa is double glazed throughout and there are also mosquito nets and metal shutters fitted to all windows and doors for extra security.
The spacious and airy lounge is tastefully decorated and has an attached dining area seating six people that opens out onto the garden and patio area. There is a large 42" Flat Screen Television that receives both Portuguese stations and satellite channels and to compliment the TV there is also a DVD/MP3 and CD music centre. Wi-Fi Internet Access is available.
The Villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully provided with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking utensils you will need for your holiday cooking.
There are 3 bedrooms in the property. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and TV. It is also on the 1st floor adding extra privacy. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room with TV. The 3rd bedroom is also a twin room with TV. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedrooms are en suite and the 3rd bedroom uses the main bathroom. All the bathrooms are good sized bathrooms.
