Property Overview: Nevina House is a two bedroom, ground floor apartment which sleeps 6-8 people. The apartment is spacious and light throughout, with views from the lounge and bedrooms towards the mountains. Wooden flooring is laid throughout the apartment. There is a telephone and doorbell entry system for your use. On entering the apartment you will find yourself in a large entrance hall, with coat racks on the wall and plenty of room for shoes, ski boots etc. To the left is a cloakroom with WC and basin. As you continue through the entrance hall you will come to a second hall area in which there is a large 3 door wardrobe proving ample storage space for ski wear and clothes. To the right of this is the bathroom, complete with shower, WC, and basin. At the end of the apartment are two bedrooms, one to the left and one to the right. On the right hand side is the double bedroom, containing a double bed, two bedside tables, lamps and a large chest of drawers. To the left is the twin bedroom containing two twin beds, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps. Also from this room you can exit onto a small balcony. Also on the left hand side of the entrance hall is the lounge, kitchen and dining area. This is a large area, the lounge area contains 2 large sofa beds which seat 3 people comfortably, a coffee table, a TV and DVD player. There is also a door leading from the lounge to the balcony area. To the side of this area is a kitchenette with a double hob, sink, tall fridge / freezer and microwave, along with some cupboard space. There is also a dining table and chairs. There are heaters situated throughout the apartment and in winter the apartment remains warm and cosy. Large and small towels are provided in the apartment as is all bedding, duvets and pillows, for double, twin and sofa beds.
