Property Overview: Description Exterior: The holiday flat „Nautilus“ is ideally located in the first floor of the apartment complex known as “Nautilus” at the bottom of the one way street leading directly to the centre of Bajamar. It is quiet and yet only a few steps from lively restaurants, bars and supermarkets and overlooks the sea and the famous Olympic size natural swimming pools, at the same time offering spectacular views of the coast. The panorama windows lead onto the balcony where there is a table and four chairs and a fabulous view of one of the best surfing areas in Tenerife. There is a private pool with sun area on the room of “Nautilus” available to guests without further charge.
Full Description: Description Interior: The open kitchen leads into the cosy living room with panorama windows and comfy settee with armchair and large dining table seating 4 people. The two bedrooms: one double with 2 built-in wardrobes, one with 2 single beds and 2 modern bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower) offers plenty of room for up to 4 adults. To complete the picture, there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. The well-equipped kitchen includes all important utensils/gadgets: coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, gas hob/electrical oven. In addition, there is a washing machine in the walk-in pantry. Bedding, towels and tea towels are provided. Final cleaning upon departure costs one day´s rent.
Nearby Attractions: Location: Bajamar is a small town in North Tenerife on the edge of the conservation area known as “Las Montanas de Anaga”, approx. 25 minutes from the Airport Norte and approx. 60 minutes from Airport Sur. Bajamar is a 30 minute drive from Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz and Loro Parque.
