Detached wooden thatched house furnished to high standards with enclosed garden in countryside. Extremely comfortable furnishings with wood burning stove and heating throughout for winter months. Decking and seating around the south facing garden provides a sunny secluded area.Close to all major amenities. Village has doctor, dentist, chemist, bakery, church and riding. The historical beautiful town of Gdansk nearby, beautiful beaches at Sopot and sailing/wind surfing/tennis all within easy access. The house has three large bedrooms, two double and one with two singles. Two bathrooms upstairs, one ensuite providing power showers. Modern kitchen with excellent facilities. Downstairs is open plan with a well designed seating area in the living room and a dining room area for up to 8 people. There is also a cloak room, utility room and toilet downstairs. There are also two sofa beds which could be used to take more than 6 people.Great for families who want peaceful location yet lots of interest nearby.
The House has full central heating and a wood burning stove in the living room area for the winter months. There is a satellite TV and a range of DVDs. The kitchen has all modern facilities and in the utility room there is a washing machine. In the garden there is a children's play area with a slide, swing and sand pit. There is the use of 5 bicycles, basketball hoop and a barbecue. It is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the countryside surroundings.
Nearby Attractions: Surrounding the house is protected forest land surrounding with pine and silver birch trees. Walks from house, views to church in village. Peaceful and private location but within all activities/amenities.
The House is situated in a small peaceful village, with woods nearby perfect for walking and using the 5 bikes available. Yet 15 minutes drive will take you to either Gdansk, Gdynia or Sopot. Gdansk is rich in history, this is the place where WWII started. Sopot is famous for its beaches and spa resorts. Gdynia is known for its restaurants and largest harbour in Europe.
