Property Overview: Fantastic location for a holiday apartment! When you drive up to the apartment you will amazed by the views over Aguilas bay and surrounding mountains! When you park your car and walk the short distance to the apartment you will see the fantastic gardens in front of the apartment, filled with palm trees and tropical plants. The apartment is on a resort called Los Collados which has swimming pools, tennis courts and a bar/cafe with regular entertainment. There are childrens play areas and plenty of roads and paths where you can safely walk to see the wonderful views. Just outside the partment is a compact, private garden where you can relax and eat your meals or bathe in the glorious Costa Calida sunshine. The location is great for families as it has easy access to a large, safe communal paved area. There children can play with their bikes and balls well away from traffic and all in view of the apartment. A quiet swimming pool is just two minutes walk away. The nearest beach is only five minutes away and there are several others with 20 minutes drive. A large shopping centre is only five minutes drive too.
Full Description: This cosy apartment has two bedrooms, one double, one twin. There are two bathrooms and a lounge/diner. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, wasjig machine, toaster and microwave. Digital TV and DVD player are supplied in the lounge and the apartment is fully air conditioned.
Nearby Attractions: Aguilas is only 10 minutes drive away, it is a typically spanish fishing town which has some wonderful festivals throughout the year. Calabadina is a wonderful seaside resort only 15 minutes drive down the coast. There are many other resorts up and down the coast and most can be reached within 45 minutes. Murcia is the capital of the region and is steeped in history and tradition. It is 30 minutes drive away.
