Come and relax in sunny Spain. We offer you a relaxing and safe holiday environment for you and your family. Enjoy the real Spain, where the siesta is still taken and long lazy lunches are a must and where you will still find the retired gentlemen of Monforte relaxing in the main square, watching the world go by. Monforte offers all the hustle and bustle of a small town, with shops, restaurants and cafes. There is also a small museum and medical centre. And with the local market 2 mornings a week, you can practise your Spanish.
Villa Rus
The property is comprised of a small terrace with seating area, a kitchen /dining area, a comfortable lounge with a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa plus t.v and dvd and a freeview sky box. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom furniture whilst bedroom 2 has 2 double beds and furniture. The lounge and bedrooms have ceiling fans. In the kitchen there is a wood burner and other heaters are available during the winter months. All furniture is of a good quality and provides all the comfort you need and would expect to help you enjoy your holiday. The villa is all on one level with a small step into the villa and a small internal step. All bedlinen is provided as are bathroom towels, pool towels are available at a weekly cost. The villa is a non smoking villa but of course you are free to smoke outside and at the poolside.
We can provide a welcome BBQ and a basic welcome pack please ask for details and costs. We can also provide home made dishes for you just to pop into the oven at the end of a hot busy day. Babysitting available. For those of you who are not comfortable driving on the continent we can provide a car and driver for you on a daily or weekly basis.. details and costing available on request. Airport pick up available . Our pricing is by season. we do not charge premium prices for the school holidays.

We are a family who have 3 children, our house is on the same grounds as the finca available for rental. The finca is ideal for families as we have a secure property with electric gate and 3 pet dogs,adding to your families safety. Our dogs are family dogs used to babies and toddlers however for those of you who are not comfortable with dogs we do have a large secure area that we use to house our dogs. We aim to provide a holiday which is different from the busy holiday resorts but without the isolation you sometimes find with secluded villas.

Hot water bottle for winter use..Huge heated pool.Now this is a swimming pool... not the small pool found in most holiday villas. The pool is heated in the summer months and we have an electric cover which we put over the pool each night so that your children are safe, however wherever there is water children must be supervised. Lots of pool toys. Pool floor area covered with non slip matting. Lots of good quality sunbeds, chairs and tables around the huge pool area for your use. Sun towel hire available by the day or the week Snooker/pool table.. table tennis.. basket ball hoop all at the pool area for your enjoyment.

Alicante city is a short drive as are the beaches Benidorm is 40 minutes. Alida Sanctuary de San Pascual a 5 minute drive. Mundo de los niños Children's world is situated in front of the Port in Alicante. It is open in high season and is just for the children. There is plenty to do there and is open until the early hours to suit the Spanish children's lifestyle! And of course lots of golf courses in the area.
