Outdoor shower and BBQ areas, large open terraces to the upper and lower accommodation, sun beds and seating for up to 14 persons, and many sun blinds and canopies to escape the heat of the Mediterranean sun, the spa is also excellent for those who suffer from joint pain or lead a stressful lifestyle!! and may be enjoyed with the Spanish sun. To the front elevation of the property, we have large, floodlit Italian style gardens with tropical fauna, and private off road parking for up to 3 vehicles, all gated and fenced for child security. The accommodation is set over two levels, of the finca, with there being a total of 6 bedrooms, which can sleep up to14 persons, or two large families. The house also has 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, and 3 complete bathrooms. To the upper level we have a fully self contained 2 bed roomed unit, with two bedrooms, both twins, and full hot and cold air conditioning to each room, sharing a full bathroom, separate kitchen with all amenities, including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and also of course, large fridge freezer. To the lounge there is television, with English satellite coverage, dvd/cd player, large log burning stove, and super large comfortable sofas for those relaxing nights after the long sunny days, also to the lounge we have full hot and cold air conditioning. The upper level enjoys a large terrace from the kitchen, which may be fully covered by sunblinds for total privacy, steps lead down to the lower ground level from the dining area, and terrace. On the ground level, we have another four bed roomed separate unit, with 2 full bathrooms, large king-size room with 2 double beds, and smaller bedroom with single bed, this room may convert to a double for parties of 14, and a further 2 double rooms. This unit has a separate kitchen and diner, lounge, with English satellite TV, and DVD player, air conditioning to the bedrooms. This unit is also equipped to the same high standard as the upper floors, with all kitchen amenities, and fine furnishings. The house also has irons and boards, and washing machine. The owner’s management agents are on hand to deal and assist with your holiday stay, and can arrange car hire, personal airport collection, maid cleaning and baby-sitting services as required. For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more all just a few kilometres away. For the younger end we have the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park, and Terra Mitica theme park, or why not hop over to Ibiza from the port at Denia. Whatever you want from a holiday, Calpe has it all. Not far from Calpe you will find the villages of Altea and Moraira, each with its own unique character, Calpe has some of the best beaches with facilities for all, including disabled access to the sea, funfairs for the children, and a vast range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish crafts, Moraira is one of the most beautiful towns virtually untouched by tourism due to its unique coastal position... The two churches of Calpe are certainly worth a visit. Close to each other the Iglesia Antigua and the church Senora de las Nieves are both located in the centre of Calpe. Build in the 15th century the old church had been recondition many time over the past centuries, as the city had been attacked by pirates many times. Calpe's archaeological museum can be found just opposite at the plaza de la villa shows various findings of the 4th until the 8th century. Alongside you find ruins of the Romans and the ruins of the bano de la reina, together with rests of an old tower the torreon de la peca. If you are further interested in local culture you should visit the museo fester in Calle Jose Antoni, which explains the local Calpe fiesta moros y cristianos and its traditions. Calpe's two main beaches the cantal roig and the playa arenal are widely known for its fine sand. Together with the other two beaches, la fossa and the bay of Gasparet which also belongs to the city, Calpe offers many kilometers of excellent swimming and surfing possibilities, also for the golfers Calpe offers its own course, alongside the best courses on this stretch of coast.. Calpe is a town of a near perfect combination of romantic village together with sun and beach. In between Altea to the south and Javea to the north, Calpe is known for its rock called the penon de lfach.
