Around 8 miles from the beaches at Rerik and Kuhlungsborn (two of the most popular tourist beaches in the area) the location is ideal for enjoyment of the peaceful countryside surroundings without the stress and price tag of on-the-beach accomodation. The house is newly renovated with own solar heated swimming pool, off-street parking and a large garden and patio area with barbeque. Nearby Attractions: Situated between the beautiful historic towns of Wismar and Rostock, the whole of this breathtaking coast is at your fingertips. In the towns themselves there is lots to be seen, from the traditional ancient Churches and university of Rostock to the Scandinavian fine lines of Wismar, a former swedish outpost, there is a lot of interesting architecture to be enjoyed. For the adventurous and young at heart there is also a lot to be enjoyed. The nearby adventure swim park, sauna and fitness complex 'Wonnemar' and the surf school at Pepelow are bound to leave you begging for more. And all this before we have even reached the main attraction! The beaches here are simply stunning, for those with younger children the beach at Insel Poel is ideal, being a shallow fine sand bay of sun-warmed water.
