There are a living-room with a double sofa-bed, dinning table & chairs and TV. A nice featured here, is a large window facing a balcony. A fully equipped American kitchen is available too. There are all the cooking and eating utensils like microwave, fridge, coffe-machine, toaster and so. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Also, AC/Heating, washing machine and hair dryer are available in the apartment. If you want to get a relaxing city-beach holiday, this is a perfect little apartment for getting it.
Nearby Attractions: The apartment is situated in the Barceloneta neighborhood, which used to be a fisherman's village. This area is safe and the beach is just a 3 minute walk from the front door. You can enjoy a long stroll along the beach, practice water sports, go cycling, roller blade or have a drink at one of the "chiringuitos" (beach bars) with live music. The neighborhood is plentiful in great seafood restaurants and bars. The normal conveniences of supermarket, fresh food market, and public transportation, bus, metro, taxi are all within 10 minutes. Very close to the old city, Las Ramblas and Borne, typical and nice areas to visit. Near the apartment you can also find the "Villa Olimpica" where there are a beautiful yacht club, restaurants, stores, casino, bars, pubs and a cinema. The coolest discotheques are here!
