Full Description: This is a 2 bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor. The accommodation consists of : Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, built-in closet, vanity unit, alarm clock/radio, and safe. Overhead light and sconce lights over each bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built-in closet and vanity unit. Overhead light and sconce lights over each bed. Kitchen is American-style, looking into the living room. Breakfast bar with 4 chairs. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove top, oven, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, iron, dish towels, all cooking and eating utensils, pots and dishes. Living room has a double sofa-bed, comfortable chair, coffee table, side table with lamp, large buffet, 40 inch LCD TV, DVD player, Satellite with various English, Spanish, German and French channels. Ceiling fan. The terrace is easily accessed from both bedrooms and the living room. It is partially covered, receives sun all day, and is surrounded by green plants and small palms. From the terrace you can see the pool. There is a plastic dining table and 6 chairs.
Nearby Attractions: The area of Fanabe is genrally accepted as one of the "up and coming" areas in the south of Tenerife. It is a perfect resort for family holidays, with the beach being a 2 minute stroll from Yucca Park, where you can find all the usual watersports, such as pedallos, paragliding, boat hire etc, or jet skis for the more adventurous. Of course, if you prefer you can just enjoy the sun and relax on the golden sands, or maybe help the kids build sandcastles at the wate'rs edge. In the evenings, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes of Yucca Park. A walk along the prom reveals a wide selection of places, all keen to provide you with good food at a reasonable price. There are also plenty of shops near, including tourist shops, the inevitable electronic shops, and supermarkets such as Nettos and Spar for your provisions.
