Full Description: The apartment was redecorated in August 2007, with most of the "white goods" also being replaced at this time (ie kettle, microwave etc etc). Nearby Attractions: Fanabe is the classier part of Tenerife, while remaining a short walk to most facilities. It has has plenty of bars & restuarants, but remains quieter then central Las Americas. It is served by the local bus service (nearest bus-stop is less than 1km away) and also has a medical centre nearby. Pricing Structure: As 2008 is our first full year of renting, as an introductory offer we are charging only £240 per week for 50 weeks, with the Christmas & New Years weeks being £400. From 2009 the price will be £260 per week for 50 weeks of each year (No Easter or school holiday price increases), and £425 for the Christms or New Years week. Prices quoted are for the apartment and based on two people sharing - any 3rd or 4th person costs £25 per week per person. All prices include bed linen & towels, which are changed weekly. Please Note - We do not accept young single sex bookings, such as stag or hen parties.
