Verde Umbria is a carefully restored vacation home typical of classic Umbrian architecture. Constructed in the 17th century, the villa’s stone walls, rare “pianelle” (tiles), and restored antique furniture provide all of the comforts of a modern home while preserving the beauty of Umbrian artistry. The villa retains its original atmosphere of a country farmhouse with large sized rooms and a large living/dining room with an ancient stone fireplace. This carefully furnished room or “taverna”, with its comfortable hand-carved chairs and table for 12, sofa bed, and collection of Umbrian country antiques and décor, is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner, or a cup of coffee in the morning.
Ground floor: Large living/dining room with a large cozy natural fireplace, sofa bed, hand-carved table for 12, color television, fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and a large selection of pottery and utensils); small hallway, and bathroom with shower.
First floor: Two large sized and carefully furnished double rooms; a cozy single room and another bathroom with shower; a small balcony with a separate entrance.
Amenities: Independent heating, fully equipped kitchen, weekly change of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen linens and towels, color television, hair dryer, firewood for the fireplace, two mountain bikes and private and covered area for parking a car.

Garden: There is a 180 msq private panoramic garden engulfed among olive trees located just 20 meters from the house. The private garden has a supply of garden and beach chairs, table, barbecue and aromatic plants.
Nearby Attractions: Thanks to its strategic position it's an ideal point of reference in order to visit most of the historical-artistic important places of the Umbria (less than 1 hour to Assisi,Todi,PerugiaOrvieto), however if walking is not your thing, then you can spend your time relaxing under the sun, and possibly spend time at Piediluco'sLake which is located only 17 Km from the area. Trekking and mountain bike are sports available in each moment here. Here you can find a variety of sporting activities: from those more exciting like rafting, idrospeed, canyoning at the wonderfull Marmore's Falls, to those more relaxant like country rambling and trekking, guided tours, bicycling, relaxant horse-riding, birdwatching, naturalistic visits and much more. If you don't know how nice it can be, please try to get " asparagous" during the sunny spring and mushrooms from the coming of the summer untill december! The area is very rich in the famous and excellent "porcino", but here you can find also black truffles and very good pork products produced from the "Norcini".
