Property for rent in Nerja - Capistrano Playa CBCP2 - 2 Bedroom Self Catering holiday rental Apartment Nerja - Sleeps 4 This delightful self catering apartment is arranged on two levels. Steps lead up to an entrance hall which gives access to a bedroom with two single beds with built in wardrobe. There is also a bathroom at this level. A feature staircase leads to the combined kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is recently installed and comprises oven, hob, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with four chairs, settee and two armchairs. Cable TV is installed. The main bedroom is located off of the living area. It has a double bed, built in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. A balcony leads from the living area. There is ample room for dining and has patio table with chairs and two sun loungers. The view from the balcony is spectacular taking in the ornamental lake, Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean. Capistrano Playa is a complex of about 120 self contained houses and apartments designed to give the appearance of an old Andalucian village It is built on each side of a valley which extends down to Burriana Beach. There is a communal swimming pool for the use of residents and a bar and restaurant on the site. Access to the beach is through ornamental archways, around a lake with fountain then via a series of steps which pass waterfalls, a tropical garden and a second ornamental lake. The walk takes about five minutes. There are several reasonably priced restaurants located right next to the beach promenade which specialise in barbecue and sea food with many more cafes and bars in the main street. The walk into the main centre of Nerja takes another ten minutes. Alternatively, there is a bus service from the reception area of Capistrano Playa.
