Property Overview: This South Easterly facing 3 bedroom quad villa is situated at "La Pinada", Los Altos. It comprises driveway, porch, living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower-room, bathroom, balcony, roof solarium and communal pool. Bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance. Full Description: The villa has parking for a vehicle on the driveway and a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden dining table and 6 chairs, coffee table, air-conditioning unit providing hot or cold air and a portable gas fire for the winter.
For entertainment you have a television with English television channels (BBC1, ITV1, Channel 4, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Sky One, Sky News, UK Gold etc) approximately 30 channels and 15 radio stations so you won't miss your favourite soaps or sporting events whilst on your holiday. There is a stereo (please bring your own CD's).
The kitchen, located to the rear of the living/dining room has a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, sink. A door takes you out to the galleria area with washing machine.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, pictures, curtains, fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors and hangers.
The shower room with sink, mirror, toilet and shower cubicle is also on the ground floor.
Up the stairs you have 2 further bedrooms.
The first bedroom looks to the front of the property, has 2 single beds, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, pictures, curtains and fitted wardrobe with glass doors and hangers.
The third bedroom has a bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, 2 rattan chairs, fitted wardrobe with glass doors and hangers.
The main bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, sink, mirror, toilet and bidet.
There is a balcony on the first floor, through a door off of the landing and has a table and 6 chairs.
Another door takes you up a spiral staircase to the roof solarium which has all day sunshine, great to get that Mediterranean tan. There are 2 sunloungers.
The communal pool, with children's shallow area is located to the rear of the property.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor so the property would be ideal for elderly or infirm, but not wheelchair accessible.
No smoking in the property. No pets.
Additional items include; iron, ironing board.

Via Park 3 commercial centre is a 5-10 minute walk with its restaurants, including Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Madison's Sports Bar, Liberty's Bar and Grill, Butterflies tea room, SomePlace Else bar and restaurant and Honey's a la carte restaurant. There is also the Post Room which offers internet access and an English supermarket - Olivers.
Via Park 5, approx 15 minutes walk has a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Cavern Pub and a really nice wine bar - All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
The Emerald Isle with its summertime evening entertainment is a 20 minute walk. The Emerald Isle also has a large swimming pool and bowls green.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 25-30 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport ….
There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.
A car would be recommended when staying at this property.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
