The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps eight and has a large covered patio for al fresco dining in the superb Andalucian climate. Smoking is not allowed inside and no pets. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans and has a hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, oven/microwave/grill and dishwasher, and in the utility room you will find and iron and ironing board. The attractive dining room has a large table, ideal for enjoying lengthy holiday meals and the comfortable sitting room has a window overlooking the patio. There are three double bedrooms and two single bedrooms and the ground floor has a bathroom with full suite and bath with shower above. There is a shower room with shower, wash hand basin and toilet in the patio which also houses the washing machine. The patio has a barbeque and terrace furniture and inside for your enjoyment there is a TV, (Spanish/Terrestrial), D.V.D. player, C.D. player, a selection of books and board games and the property has air-conditioning. There is also a children’s cot and highchair and other equipment by prior arrangement. The area has a large amount of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, internet café, water parks, museum, church, park and a weekly street market. There is the possibility of playing golf just 40 km away, a large tennis and squash court skiing in the Sierra Nevada during winter and hiking and mountaineering during the rest of the year, the beach is 60 km and there is ample opportunity for walking, cycle, mountain biking and horse riding.
