ISALJAMAR Nerja villas Aljamar - 3 Bedroom Self Catering holiday rental Villa Nerja - Sleeps 6 Nerja villas Aljamar A relatively new development, the lovely Aljamar town houses are decorated to a high standard and are situated in the area of Nerja above Burriana beach with it's array of bars and restaurants only a short walk away downhill. We have 4 adjacent houses all with small private swimming pools that are located on each of their terraces. Swimming pools are 3 m. x 3 m. and 1,3 m. deep. These houses are built over 3 floors and have private garages with an entrance to the home. On the ground level is the garage with a door (washing machine is in the garage) to the main house where there is a full bathroom and stairs leading up to the 1st floor. Here there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins, 1 double (all with built in wardrobes and patio access) and a further full bathroom. Doors from two of the bedrooms open on to a good sized west facing terrace where there are sun beds and a samll private pool. On the 2nd floor is the living area with the front door entrance of the home, there is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher plus the electrical appliances such as toaster and kettle (washing machine is in the garage). Also on the same level there is a cloakroom/toilet, a spacious lounge/dining area with ceiling fan and a terrace that commands views down to the sea and up to the mountains. Facilities: Washing machine - dishwasher - hob and oven - fridge freezer - microwave - safe - fans - Sat TV (limited channels) - CD Player. In all houses towels and linen are changed weekly, extra cleaning is available and payable locally.
