Located on the first fairway of the Sanlucar de Barrameda Golf Course, this 4 bedroom luxury villa, complete with private pool, offers you a relaxing holiday in Sanlucar de Barrameda.
The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The villa is detached and stands in its own landscaped garden leading down to the pool area, which over looks the golf course. The villa sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms & 1 sofa bed with three bathrooms.
Please note the golf course only has two cafeterias operating, with more facilities a short drive away including large supermarkets. The town centre and beaches are 4km away from the golf course, Sanlucar has a extensive range of bars and restaurants.
The property has been very tastefully furnished to a high standard with air conditioning / heating and garden with private pool. The Sanlucar golf course and villa is located a short drive from the centre of Sanlucar, beaches and all the town centre restaurants and tapas bars. Currently the golf course only has two cafeterias. The villa has been designed in a traditional Andalucian style with an impressive double height entrance hall with dining room table. There is a spacious lounge with flat screen TV with Spanish channels and Sky English channels, DVD/Hi-Fi system for films and music and a comfortable sofa arrangement. Doors lead to a covered terrace with garden furniture and stairs down to the lower level with another covered terrace, garden furniture and access to the 800m² garden with swimming pool.
The entrance level to the villa also has one bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobe and safe and there is a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor level. There are two en suite bedrooms (one double and one twin) both with fitted wardrobes and each has a door which leads out to the ground floor terrace and garden area. The fourth bedroom is a large bodega style room with two single beds and a double sofa bed.
