| Villa “La Giara” is located in Fraginesi, a quite countryside 5 km from Scopello and its renewed Tonnara and turquoise waters, 5 km from Castellammare del Golfo, a little town where you may find all the basic services as bank, grocery, supermarket, pharmacy, and E.R; and around 4 km from the Motorway. Palermo Airport is app. 40km.
A superb location for anyone who wants to discover the central-west area of Sicily like the Natural Reserve “Parko dello Zingaro”, the beautiful beach of San Vito lo Capo, Segesta and its Greek temple and theatre, the medieval city of Erice, “Le Saline” of Marsala, the Island of Mozia, known for its archaeological treasures dated back to the Phoenician’s times, Selinunte, Agrigento and many other interesting places.
“La Giara” has been recently built using the features of a modern design and noble materials used long time ago by the Sicilian people: Ceramics of Caltagirone from the XIX century, tiles, and “cotto” floors enhance the charm of this holiday house.
The villa is surrounded by a garden where through a panoramic veranda could be accessed the living-room and the kitchen.
Villa “La Giara” is a 2-storey structure. On the ground floor there is a living-room with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo with CD, and wide windows with panoramic views where the sight reaches the distant sea, dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen supplied with oven, dishwasher, balance, toaster and electric blender.
On the first floor is the bedroom area. There are 2 double bedrooms (one of them with en-suite bath with tub and great sea-view), one twin bedroom and a second bathroom with shower. The house has central heating which will be charged separately according to the consumption. Villa Giara has a nice swimming pool with dimensions 12 x 6.
The furniture and the decoration is cosy and charming showing not only the good taste but the loving care of Mrs. Renata Plaja, the owner who will be there to welcome you and to offer you her assistance for any information or help you may need. |
