The garden cottage is newly renovated to a luxury standard in 2007. Close by to the picturesque Lac de Guerledan it offers the ideal base to explore central Brittany for couples of familes.

The garden cottage has its own private access and off road parking which then leads on to a private fenced garden and the swimming pool.On entering the cottage its open plan living style gives you an ideal arrangement for family holidays.The living area has 2 comfy sofas and English Freeview TV.The open plan fully fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.The cupboards are stocked well for all your sefl catering needs.Upstairs offers 2 large bedrooms with the main bedroom havinga  king size bed.The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bth with over head massage shower.All the furniture is matching country pine and we offer all bed linen, t-towels, cleaning materials in the price along with electrity costs.The cottage has electric heating and is therefore ideal for out of season lets.The swimming pool is solar heated and has a security alarm fitted to it for young childrens safety.

The beautiful Lac de Guerledan offers a diverse of activities including water ski, boat hire, walking, cycling and pony trekking.The lake also has many beaches around its permiter and are ideal for younger children with the shade of the mature trees.Many resturants and snack bars can be found around the lake and offer many types of cuisine.The Abbey Bonn Repos is situated on the Nantes to Brest canal and is currently being renovated.The canal is ideal for walkers and cyclists and cycle hire can be arranged in the local village of Gouarec.
