The unspoiled countryside surrounding the farmhouse is ideal for walking and the historic town of Volterra can be reached in 20 minutes by taking the woodland path or by 10 minute drive. Local amenities such as local restaurant, supermarket and petrol station are easily reached on foot or by car.
