It is a residence of 2 villas at about 100mt from the sea and the pretty beach of Mazzo di Sciacca bay. The characteristic village of Scopello is approximately 1 km and the same distance is to the Nature Reserve Park Lo Zingaro.

Scopello is still an uncontaminated area where due to the foundation of the Reserve Park Lo Zingaro (which is the first reserve natural park in Sicily) succeed to maintain the features of a nice place to run away from the big cities and frenetic life. In Scopello the time stops and you can admire the spectacular landscapes and most of all to swim into the crystal sea waters.

The Apartaments Calamazzo represent an excellent solution for a holiday in search of direct contact with the nature and calmness. All apartments are comfortable, provided with facilities to suit the clients’ demands. Intended for families and couples, they are built in a private area with parking lots, immersed in green vegetation and pine trees, and guaranteed comfort. The furniture in every apartment is functional, personalized and elegant. Each unit has private garden with barbeque and in common is situated a laundry with 2 washing machines shared among all guests.

Each apartment is composed by one double bedroom (queen size bed), one bedroom with bunk beds, open plan living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, terrace with patio, garden, outdoor shower, air conditioning, microwave, TV Sat.

Breakage deposit: euro 200.00

Air conditioning payable locally on consumption.

Baby cot: euro 30,00 per week

Low season discount in case of 2 weeks rental 10%
