ABCV Apartment rental El Capistrano village Nerja - 2 Bedroom Self Catering holiday rental Apartment Nerja - Sleeps 4 El Capistrano Village backs onto the striking Almijara mountains of the Costa Del Sol above Nerja. It is a well managed private development of great charm built in the 'Andalucian Pueblo' style, set in mature exotic gardens. Nerja town centre and Burriana Beach are each around a twenty minute walk away or five minutes by car. The village itself has three outside swimming pools, a bar, a family run restaurant and a small but well stocked supermarket. The recently refurbished villa is approached from the front by a delightful cobbled pedestrian-only street, with easy access to parking at the rear of the property. It has a new kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom and an attractive dining room and stting area with a log burning stove. The two spacious double bedrooms have balconies with mountain or sea views. The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower. There is a large garden terrace with a built in BBQ and a pretty lawned garden area. The Villa has an open plan sitting and dining room. The newly fitted kitchen has a full size electric oven, four ceramic hobs, micro-wave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The sitting room has a log burning stove and satellite tv, with BBC, ITV, Sky programmes. Both of the bedrooms have balconies, one with sea views, one with views over the mountains of the Sierra Almijara. There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower. Fans are availble for the hot weather and a supplementary heater for the cooler weather. The walled garden has a large, newly extended terrace with a built in barbecue. The villa is a short, level amble from the centre of the village where there is a well stocked supermarket, the main swimming pool and children’s pool. There is a restaurant, a travel agent and car-hire firm, a useful cash point and a public telephone. The villa is very well equipped and furnished to provide you and your family with a most enjoyable holiday.
