Adjoining door which can enlarge the capacity for larger families, or friends, 2 units with full kitchen, 2 with part kitchen, Micro wave and small oven , toaster and cooking hob.Complete set of utensils and Plates etc. Shower room and toilet, with hand basin. own patio & balconies, laundry room. 2 meters from a large swimming pool, with beds and umbrellas. Situated in the grounds of a large 6 bedroom villa , where we do B/B or just bed. we have organic fruit, which are guest are welcome to share,when in season.
The charges are reasonable from £ 125 a week in the winter to £ 400 a week in the high season....longer lets are negotiable.

Both houses are sattled 15 METERS FROM THE SEA and have aircondition, SAT-TV and fully equiped kitchen with refrigirator, microwave, gas stowe, all dishes and kitchen neccessities.
Both houses have in front a cca 30 m² of terrace with wooden canopy, wooden table and the chairs and grill. Each house has beside a parking place for one car.
Alba and Alma are int he camping village Simuni which is one oft he best camping place sin Croatia. In the camping village you can find a plenty of various acctivities for entartainment and also a food market, restorants, pizzeria, cocktail bar itd.
Prices are FROM 55 € per day for Alma and 38 € per day for Alba – depending of the season. In price is included: rent for 4+1 persons (Alma) or 4 persons (Alba), electricity, water, gas, towels (2 per person/week), linen (changed weekly), parking place. In price is not included: final cleaning 30 € (charged only one time per vacation), soujorn tax - 1€ day/person.
